USA, Puerto Rico and Canada return policy for orders under $500, except live plants. Returns are accepted within 90 days for any reason*. A prepaid return label will be provided at no charge. We never charge a restocking fee. The amount of returned product, new or used, will be refunded in full. BonsaiJack is not responsible for shipping or packing fees from 3rd party outlets. You must contact us for a return shipping label. This policy does not cover orders shipped to freight forwarders located in the USA. Build Your Own Soil(BYOS) orders are not returnable or refundable.
*Orders over $500 and or wholesale freight orders are sold as is. Returns are not accepted. Refunds will not be given. You are encouraged to test order smaller quantities before placing a large order. This policy is in place to reduce the abuse of unauthorized resellers from returning unsold and or expired product.
Return policy for live plants. All sales are final. Because these are live plants we are unable to accept returns. We are unable to offer guarantees of your ability to keep a plant alive. Please ensure you are horticulturally qualified to handle your purchase. We guarantee your plant to arrive healthy and undamaged. Buyer must report shipping damage within 12 hours of receipt. Shipping is stressful for any plant. Some foliage loss or browning may occur during or shortly after shipping.
Return policy for all orders shipped to Freight Forwarders or outside of the USA. All sales are final once the order has left our facility. Cancellations need to be made before your order ships. Returns or cancellations are not available to customers outside of the USA or to freight forwarders. We are not responsible for shipping delays, brokerage fees, import fees, forwarding fees, cancellations after an item has shipped, fraud, buyers remorse or customs issues. Absolutely no exceptions. All international orders are shipped with tracking numbers. Our obligation ends once the item has been shipped. If your item arrives damaged or the package is not delivered within 45 days we will issue a refund for the product total only. Bonsai Jack will not refund shipping fees for lost or damaged orders.
The legal stuff…
All claims arising out of or resulting from this agreement, including tort
claims, are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, in the United States
of America, as if both the buyer and the seller were residents of and
physically present in Florida at the time of the transaction, and without
giving effect to its conflict of laws provision. The parties expressly submit
to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts of Florida. Any party
commencing against the other party any legal proceeding, including any tort
claim arising out of this agreement may bring that proceeding in any court of
the State of Florida sitting in Lee County. Each party hereby submits to the
nonexclusive jurisdiction of those courts for purposes of any such proceeding.
Each party hereby waives any claim that any a legal proceeding, including any
tort claim brought in accordance with these terms has been brought in an
inconvenient forum or that the venue of that proceeding is improper.
